Remember you will be judged on the information that you submit so presentation and content are important. Typed entries are preferred.
Ensure all the questions are answered thoroughly. Please supply all photos on CD. Don’t forget your supporting material. It is always best to include some or all of the following:
- Menus
- Photographs (inside & out of establishment / individual chef)
- Samples of promotional material ie leaflets, adverts
- Press Cuttings / Reviews
- Customer Testimonials (max 5)
